THE HORNBY ORGANISATION
The Hornby Foundation was created in 2015 by Ulverston based Chartered Accountants J F Hornby & Co. Their aim is to support charitable organisations, good causes and community groups. Within the local area.
J F Hornby & Co are one of the largest firms of accountants in the Furness and South Lakes area employing around 25 people.
Their unique approach to accountancy has seen them nominated for national awards and recommended by other professionals and high street banks.
A huge part of their success has been the tremendous support by the local community in using their services and recommendations to others. As an integral part of this community it’s time to give something back and support wider stakeholders. This includes volunteers, charity workers and all those trying to make a difference in the area we live and work.
So often unnoticed these unsung local hero’s often need help and support to continue their excellent work. The directors of J F Hornby & Co strongly felt they have a social responsibility to try and help these causes continue in what can be a challenging environment.
